Gears of War: E-Day Leads 10 New GeForce NOW Additions

Summary

Gears of War: E-Day began streaming on NVIDIA GeForce NOW after its global release on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026. Set 14 years before Gears of War, the prequel follows Marcus Fenix and Dom Santiago confronting the Locust Horde on Emergence Day. Ultimate members receive GeForce RTX 5080-class performance, NVIDIA DLSS and NVIDIA Reflex across campaign, cooperative and competitive modes. Streaming supports low-power laptops, Macs, mobile devices, handhelds, Firefox and other browsers without massive downloads or an expensive gaming rig.

GeForce NOW is adding 10 games this week, including seven new releases: Gears of War: E-Day on Steam and Xbox, with Game Pass availability, and STAR WARS: Galactic Racer on Steam, both released Oct. 6; Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, Forever Ago, Order of the Sinking Star and Silver Pines on Steam, released Oct. 8; and Permafrost on Steam, released Oct. 9. Graveyard Keeper 2, Solasta II and Tyr also join through Steam. Store dates may precede GeForce NOW onboarding, which continues throughout the week. Amazon will begin selling memberships directly through Fire TV in the coming weeks. Day-pass spending can be credited toward a first monthly membership. The Xbox version of Dune: Awakening missed its previously announced September arrival, with no revised date.
