Aniimo Launches on GeForce NOW as 11 Games Join Cloud Lineup
Aniimo leads 11 new GeForce NOW games, while 007 First Light gains path tracing, RTX 5080-class streaming and limited-time sales on PC stores this week.
Summary
On Sept. 17, 2026, GeForce NOW announced 11 additions led by Pawprint Studio’s Aniimo, a free-to-play, open-world creature-catching RPG released on Steam Sept. 15. Players catch companions with Aniipods, Twine into their forms to use distinct skills, traverse Idyll by gliding, diving and burrowing, and build an interactive Homeland around a personal RV. Streaming on Steam Deck, newly supported Firefox and other compatible devices avoids Aniimo’s 45GB download and local storage requirement.
The lineup also includes Gaijin Network’s Active Matter on Steam and Gaijin, RuneScape: Dragonwilds on Xbox and Game Pass, and Train Sim World 7 on Steam, all released Sept. 15; The Guild 1 Remake: Europa 1410 followed on Steam Sept. 17. The Blood of Dawnwalker joins through GOG.com, while Mixtape, Neon White, Annapurna Interactive’s Outer Wilds, Stray and What Remains of Edith Finch join through Steam. Active Matter combines time-loop extraction raids, anomalies and player versus player combat in a fractured multiverse; Outer Wilds tasks players with decoding signals and alien writing across a changing solar system trapped in a loop. IO Interactive’s multimillion-selling James Bond origin story 007 First Light adds path-traced lighting, shadows and reflections, plus NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, Super Resolution and Dynamic Frame Generation. Ultimate members receive RTX 5080-class performance and streaming up to 5K HDR. Deluxe Edition sales run on Steam from Sept. 15 to 29 and Epic Games Store from Sept. 3 to 18. Store release dates do not guarantee immediate GeForce NOW access because onboarding continues throughout the week. Day-pass spending can be credited toward a first monthly membership.
