GeForce NOW Adds Firefox Support and 12 Games Led by Gallipoli
NVIDIA adds Firefox support to GeForce NOW, offering RTX cloud gaming up to 1440p at 120 fps and 12 new games, including Gallipoli, this week on Windows.
Summary
On Aug. 20, 2026, NVIDIA added Firefox support to GeForce NOW. The latest Firefox can stream supported PC games through play.geforcenow.com on school laptops and everyday PCs without a dedicated app, lengthy installs, updates or local storage. Ultimate members receive GeForce RTX performance up to 1440p and 120 frames per second. Firefox joins Chrome, Edge and Opera among supported Windows browsers, while cloud saves extend play across PCs, Macs, Chromebooks and handhelds.
This week’s 12 additions are led by BlackMill Games’ Gallipoli, released on Steam Aug. 20 as the latest WW1 Game Series entry. Its British and Ottoman forces fight 25v25 objective battles across coasts, deserts and cities, using 10 historical classes and more than 50 authentic weapons and equipment options. Roles include Officer, Heavy Machine Gunner, Sniper and Stretcher Bearer. Stars Reach and The Sinking City 2 launched on Steam Aug. 18. Also announced are DIVE or DIE Children of Rain, High on Life, Parcel Simulator and Starvester on Steam; Escape the Backroom, Hell Is Us and The Thaumaturge on Xbox and Game Pass; High on Life 2 on Steam, Xbox and Game Pass; and Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered on Epic Games Store. Store release dates do not guarantee immediate GeForce NOW access because onboarding continues throughout the week. A GeForce NOW day pass provides premium browser access, and its cost can be credited toward a first Performance or Ultimate membership purchase.
